What was your overall impression of the ECD 2019? Did you feel well served on site? And what do you think about the communication flow in advance of the event?
Getting a bit better every year, a few extras on top to inspire the ECD Community. That’s what we are planning to do. And that is why the opinion of the participants is particularly important to us. We looked at the results of our survey and are delighted with the many constructive contributions we are taking with us for the planning of the ECD 2020.
A highlight for us: over 90% of those surveyed rated the ECD as very good or good. A big compliment, as the entire organization is still handled in-house. The fact that 100% of the visitors on site also felt very well looked after shows us that our concept is spot on.The presentations of the Session and Channels SLOTs were also very well received by the visitors of the fifth ECD – we are proud every year that the big names of the industry cavort at the ECD and are ready to share their success stories with us.
All in all: super satisfied guests who promise with 90% that they want to attend again next year – best conditions for 2020!
But we do not want to withhold a quote from our English questionnaire and ask the weather god to take it to heart: “Great event, let’s hope for better weather next year”.
Our goal is to create an unforgettable day for each participant – that is why we would like to thank you for your constructive criticism and are happy about your praise – it was an honour for us as always!
