The ECD Lunch offers brands, manufacturers, partners and marketplaces an ideal platform for chats all about e-commerce. This event was our first ever in France, directly in the sparkling capital: Paris. The guests received information about partner programmes and the services of Tradebyte partners and international platforms in the form of short presentations. Zalando, Allegro, La Redoute and the like were on stage. The setting was a spectacular rooftop terrace with the Eiffel Tower in the background. Let’s take a look at the highlights on offer at the ECD Lunch Paris as told by our colleagues who were there.

»It’s certainly a special feeling when you get to the location at 7 am and you’re right next to the Eiffel Tower. It was a perfect day: warm and clear, blue skies and hardly any wind. The perfect weather for a rooftop event!
The atmosphere was completely relaxed right from the start. That was surely due to the spectacular location and the weather – but also the wonderful characters who got together for the ECD event. People who wanted to get down to business. But on their own terms. Relaxed and with an open dialogue, ready to chat, pleasant and full of expertise.
At the same time, there were elevator pitches and meetings. The entire roof was put to good use. There were around 75 visitors. So everyone had a chance to meet their discussion partners in peace. During the pitches, the speakers really had to show their stand-up skills: there was neither screen nor projector. The only thing that counted was the story. And what can I say – it worked!«
